A welcoming, Catholic Primary school in Dagenham are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child with Downs Syndrome on a 1 to 1 basis for the summer term.

The Role

In this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will be supporting a pupil in year 4 with Downs Syndrome. She is settled within the class but requires full-time support. You will work with the class teacher and SENCo to prepare specific learning activities which you can deliver alongside taking part in some whole class lessons.

The school are looking for a caring and confident SEN Teaching Assistant with previous experience supporting children with special educational needs.

This role starts in April and is offered on a full-time basis until July 2024.
