£30,000-£34,000 + Bonus

Our client is an award-winning IT business who has dominated their industry since the early 90’s. 
This is a fantastic opportunity for a tech savvy Internal Sales professional to join them on a full-time permanent basis. 
Passion for IT is a must, coupled with the ability to build strong customer relationships.

The role
 

  • Processing orders 
  • Working in partnership with the external sales team, supporting them when necessary 
  • Producing quotes as well as chasing them 
  • Identifying opportunities to cross sell
  • Account management 
  • Delivering exceptional customer service 
  • Ability to understand and articulate bespoke services offered  

 
 
The candidate
 

  • Previous experience working with a technical product/ service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal  
  • Commercial awareness, being able to identify sales opportunities 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Confident and self-motivated
