My client is a reputable construction business based in Coalville. Due to business growth, they have an opportunity for an Sales Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in sales but doesn’t enjoy cold calling and prefers to ‘sell through service’.
An opportunity to work for one of the ‘big players’ in the construction industry where the opportunities to progress are endless.

The role

  • Generate quotes, processing them accurately and chasing where necessary
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • General administration duties
  • Establish and develop relationships with merchants and other customers
  • Identify sales opportunities through thorough fact finds
  • Handling complaints
  • Adhering to company policies, compliance, and processes
  • Promoting new products

The candidate

  • Ideally previous sales/ sales administration experience
  • Ability to problem solve
