The role of Operations Manager will be responsible for the following areas:

• As an integral member of the Management team you will be responsible for aiding the delivery of the overall company objectives and driving strategic change
• Manage key supplier relationships and the quality of purchased products and services
• Analyse production processes and introduce value engineering techniques to build product "right first time"
• Ensure all compliance and risk management responsibilities are discharged
• Supporting new projects and processes in the transition to steady state manufacture
