Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Benefits
- £23,000 - £25,000 plus commission
- OTE circa £30,000

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and responsibilities
- Liaise on a day-to-day basis with clients and manage enquiries
- Book viewings using the company’s system
- Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs
- Encourage second viewings; offers etc where appropriate
- Enter customer viewing feedback on to the system
- Negotiate and agree buyer offers
- Maintain and manage accurate administrative records
- Upsell additional services such as mortgages and conveyancing
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed
- Previous estate agency experience is advantageous
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- You will have solid IT skills
- You will be well spoken and well presented
- You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
- You will hold a clean driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
