Electrical Wireman

Salary - Up to £38,000 p/a

Location - Eastleigh 

Job type - Permanent 

Working hours - Monday to Thursday 7:30AM - 4:00PM (Friday 7:30AM - 2:30PM)

As an Electrical Wireman, you will be joining a global manufacturing company that is one of the largest suppliers in their field with over 18,000 employees worldwide. As an Electrical Wireman, your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Read and understand technical schematics and loop drawings.
• Understand intrinsically safe circuits.
• Wiring of both large and small-scale machines including methodically running cables, identification tagging, and termination of electrical connections.

The successful Electrical Wireman will have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience working with electrical diagrams. 
• Previous electrical wiring experience in a manufacturing environment. 
• Demonstrate problem-solving ability to recognize issues or discrepancies within the assembly stage.
• Computer literate.
• Must be able to supply your tooling, specialist tooling only will be provided when required.
