Lettings Accounts Administrator - Duties 

  • Processing invoices and payments
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Receipting rent payments
  • Chasing debtors
  • Processing and arranging deposit returns. 
  • Supporting the wider Accounts team

Lettings Accounts Administrator - Experience Needed 

  • Experience in a similar lettings accounts role 
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure 
  • Team player & articulate 
  • Quick thinker & customer focussed 
  • Flexible working approach 
  • Proactive & enthusiastic
