As part of our growth, we are currently seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team.

As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for general assmebly, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that products meet our quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Production Operator Key Responsibilities:

• General assembly
• Basic soldering ( will be taught)
• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Packing and labelling
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.

• Starting salary of £23,200.32 rising to £24,336.36 after probation
