An excellent, one off opportunity for a Lettings Manager to join a thriving independent service accommodation provider in managing their privately owned portfolio of residential properties in their Hammersmith head office..   

As a lettings Manager you will be responsible for managing their small portfolio of approx. 70 residential properties.

Lettings Manager – Duties

  • Overseeing a small portfolio of properties ensuring compliance and efficient management
  • Anticipate business needs and adapt accordingly
  • Reviewing, analysing and improving process and procedure where necessary to optimise team and branch performance
  • Cultivating and nurturing long lasting relationships with landlords and key stake holders
  • Management of escalation with tenants and landlords
  • Staying informed and up to date on legislation and upcoming changes


Lettings Manager – Experience Needed

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Manager.
  • ARLA qualified or equivalent ideally
  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.
  • Some Property Management experience essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of the lettings process and legislation.
