As a Senior Design Engineer you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge automation and robotics solutions for the aerospace and automotive sectors. From concept to execution, you will lead the charge in creating innovative designs that transform the way our clients operate.

Responsibilities of a Senior Design Engineer:

• Lead design and development of advanced automation systems tailored
• Oversee the design, installation and commissioning of manufacturing equipment and tools
• Evaluate and enhance existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce production costs and improve product quality
• Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians

Requirements of a Senior Design Engineer:

• Degree/HNC/HND in a relevant Engineering degree- but time served is a lot more important to them
• Highly skilled in 3D CAD
• It would be beneficial to have experience working with composite materials
• Proven experience leading development projects and mentoring junior team members
