Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Employability Tutor to support job seekers across short employability courses which will help to improve their chances of securing work.

You will be skilled in delivering Sector Based Work Academy's within one or more of the following occupational sectors: Care, Hospitality, Retail, Business Admin, Customer Services, Facilities, Construction, Health & Safety in the Construction Environment and CSCS card.  You will have a proven track record teaching or you will have occupational experience in these sectors able to deliver at both Level 1 and 2 including developing your own resources, lesson plans and schemes of work and you will ensure these are adapted to your student cohort and their individual learning needs.

You will hold a minimum PTLLS qualification, ideally a PGCE certificate or equivalent, you will be skilled across lesson planning, content development, delivery, marking and you will be skilled in completing contractual paperwork and supporting across all audits or Ofsted inspections.

Due to the nature of this role you will need to undertake an enhanced DBS check and there will be regular travel across the region so access to your own vehicle is essential.
