Continuous Improvement, Project Manager '' 3 '' 6X Month Contract

Continuous Improvement Project Manager Day Rate: £350 - £400 pd Outside IR35

Location '' Aston Clinton, Aylesbury

Continuous Improvement Project Manager Shifts: Monday '' Friday  

Orion are partnered with a well-established premium Skincare business located in Aylesbury. We are recruiting for a highly experienced Continuous Improvement Project Manager who has strong experience implementing improvement and efficiency plans within an FMCG environment.

As the Continuous Improvement Project Manager you will be required to:

• Lead a small team consisting of a PM & PE
• Work from a consultant's CAPEX plans to implement improvement and efficiency plants to increase production and output across the company.
• Manage the CAPEX Budget
• Manage the large-scale project from cradle to grave
• Manage suppliers and stakeholders.
• Manage the tendering process for new suppliers that will support in the increase of output.
• Deal with change management of new processes put in place.

Continuous Improvement Project Manager Experience Required:

• Experience within continuous improvement project management within the FMCG industry '' Skincare, pharma, manufacturing etc..
• Managing CAPEX Budgets
• Managing tendering processes
• Implementing positive changes to increase productivity & output within large scale businesses.
• Managing a small team
• Working into senior management
• Experience in a multi-faceted production environment  e.g. mixing, blending, bottling of liquids and powders.
• Supply chain & quality management

Continuous Improvement Project Manager Shifts: Monday '' Friday 45 hours per week.
