The Company:
My Client are a leader in their field and work out of a clean/automated environment, the role as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer will be mainly focused towards PPM with an element of reactive maintenance at times. Day to day, the majority of work will be mechanical (70/30 split) but the engineer can be either bias - elec skills i.e. working with motors, sensors, relays is required as a minimum. The main machines you will be working on are TMC packaging machines, rewinders, conveyors and more.

Experience required for the maintenance engineer:
- Qualified to level 2/3 (NVQ/C&G) or Apprenticeship served in either mechanical or electrical discipline
- At least three years experience maintaining/repairing special purpose machinery as a maintenance engineer within a factory environment – multi-skilled
- Mech – pulleys, straps, belts, chains, bearings, gearboxes
- Electrical – basic 3-phase, testing motors, reading drawings etc
- Any maintenance engineer from manufacturing or ex-forces welcome to apply – FMCG, Food, plastic, packaging, Pharmaceutical, foundry, brick, distribution, automotive, metals, etc.
