Area Reliability Engineer

Area Reliability Engineer Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE

Orion are currently working with an innovative company based in Bicester who are looking for an experienced Area Reliability Engineer.  

They are looking for someone to lead the maintenance and reliability agenda for the factory value stream. Key factors are the creation of a reliability strategy and delivering through a team of Engineers.

 Area Reliability Engineer Duties & Experience:

• Promote a safety culture and ensure that all production personnel carry out their responsibilities in line with the company's H&S standards.
• Ensure any new equipment or changes to equipment meet current safety standards.
• Leader of engineering daily review process
• Management and development of the maintenance strategy for the area
• Delivery of capital expenditure projects
• Develop yearly overhaul plan for production
• Manage continuous improvement projects to increase line performance

Area Reliability Engineer required Experience:

• Multi-skilled engineer with ideally 5 '' 10 years experience working within an FMCG Environment.
• Experience in Continuous improvement
• Understanding of H&S
• Proven change management experience
• Strong understanding of PLC's
• Strong experience working with PLC's

Area Reliability Engineer Package:

• Competitive Salary of £55,000 - £60,000
• 25 day holiday allowance
• Pension contribution
• Onsite parking

Area Reliability Engineer Shifts:

Monday '' Friday: 8:00 '' 16:30
