Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Trainer with extensive experience within the Commercial Insurance sector who is seeking a new challenge to train, mentor and develop the next generation of Commercial Insurance experts.

You will support apprentices who are embarking on their journey in the sector, you will deliver 121 sessions to help learners develop their Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours linked to their work-related activities and 121 support for the CII Certificate and/or Diploma exams (CII Professional Qualification).

You do not need a teaching qualification for this role, we are seeking applicants who have extensive experience mentoring and training staff members across all areas of Commercial Insurance. You will plan and design face-to-face and digital training to enhance knowledge and skills across the curriculum. You will have at least 3 years industry experience and extensive coaching skills. 

Due to the nature of this role, you will need to undertake an enhanced DBS check and there will be regular travel across the region so access to your own vehicle is essential.
