Position: Creative Account Manager
Location: Manchester City Centre – Hybrid

Our client, one of the UK’s leading Customer Communications Agency’s is looking for an Account Manager to join their team.

You will be responsible for managing 3D POS projects from end to end, briefing creative and production teams alike. We are looking for a dynamic individual who enjoys a challenge and can step into a busy environment working alongside the clients marketing team.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in account management with excellent industry knowledge.

Role responsibilities:

• POS design and co-ordination, ensuring approvals are gained and processes are met.
• Management of the centralised POSM ordering requirements for all markets via a bespoke online technology ordering
• Be pro-active in offering dynamic ideas, solutions, and strategies to develop accounts.
• Create critical paths based on clients and retailers’ deadlines, making sure that the production team is aware of the projects and timelines.
• Work with the Account Director, suggesting ways to add value to processes and systems.
• Update relevant project status reports.
• Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Supply costing, spec and any other information to the client accurately and in a timely manner.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience managing end-to-end creative projects.
• Minimum 2 years Account / Project Management experience
• Strong industry knowledge and an understanding of print / POS production
• Ability to prioritise and take ownership of projects.
• Be enthusiastic, proactive and help drive new business.
• Strong communication, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills

To be suitable for this role you MUST have experience in a client facing role, work well under pressure, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.  You will need to be confident, have a genuine interest in marketing and design as well as an understanding of the creative industry.
