Step Teachers are working with a vibrant and inclusive school in Enfield to find an After-School Club assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This school is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for their students, and as part of their commitment to supporting working families they run an engaging after-school club designed to provide a safe and enjoyable space for students outside of regular school hours. As an After-School Club Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing supervision and support to students during after-school hours. You will assist in organizing and facilitating various activities, ensuring the well-being and safety of all children involved.

After-School Club Assistant - Role:
  • Supervise and engage with students during after-school activities.
  • Assist in planning and organizing age-appropriate activities and games.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
  • Administer basic first aid when necessary.
After-School Club Assistant - Requirements:
  • Recent experience working in and After-School Club environment.
  • Hold a valid Paediatric First Aid qualification.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
