Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our clients team as a Temporary Sales Support Administrator.

Based in West Swindon

Hours: 9-5pm Monday to Friday

Duration: Ongoing

Rate: £12.50 - £13/hr

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with order processing
  • Data entry
  • Maintain and update customer database and sales records
  • support the sales team with any relevant administration

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
