Position: Account Manager

Location: WFH (with regular client visits)

Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 DOE + car allowance £400pm

For more than 60 years this manufacturing business has dominated the Large Format/Visual Communications Market, it provides its clients with experiences. Due to continuous growth, they are looking to bring on board an Account Manager who will support the wider teams and overall business.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of accounts, building, nurturing, and developing longstanding relationships by regularly visiting clients, understanding their needs and going above and beyond to successfully deliver against these.

This opportunity offers the flexibility to work from home, with regular visits to client sites and one of several London based offices so the ideal candidate will be confident working independently and can manage their own diary.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Understand customer’s needs and respond to customer requests, ensuring service levels and KPI’s are always met.
• Manage senior-level customer relationships, maintaining regular contact including frequent site visits
• Take briefs on key projects and ensuring that client expectations are met.
• Develop and maintain relationships with your clients to ensure account growth and repeat business.
• Work collaboratively and support the wider teams including the Business Development Team
• Take an active role in development of the account, identifying, and escalating potential sales and margin opportunities.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year industry experience (print/large format/signage/POS)
• Proven Account Manager experience ideally within the retail space.
• Good social, communication, and organisation skills and able to develop positive relationships.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Strong multi-tasker, able to manage several projects simultaneously
• Full driving licence

The ideal candidate will have strong client service skills and knowledge of Large Format, Signage, Exhibition and Displays would be highly advantageous.
