Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and coordinating daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Leading and motivating a team of production staff to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Implementing and maintaining health and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborating with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and liaising with procurement to ensure adequate supply of materials.
  • Providing regular reports on production metrics and performance.


  • A solid background in food manufacturing, with a keen understanding of production processes.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, demonstrating effective leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work a double day shift pattern.


Competitive salary in the region of £32,500 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
