My client is a fast growing Cost Consultancy based near St James and is looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their well established team. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a cost consultancy with the lowest staff turnover is London alongside some of the largest residential, BTR and student accomodation builds in the UK.
So what are they looking for? They are looking for a well established Chartered QS with experience in large residential builds and experience of high rise. You will be comfortable managing the end to end process and ideally have a minimum of 4 years consultancy experience dealing with private clients.
