Position: KS2 Teacher  (Planning and Marking Role) Location: Outskirts of Norwich Start Date: Immediate

About the Role: As a KS2 Teacher in this dynamic junior school, you will have the unique opportunity to inspire and educate young minds while enjoying the flexibility of a supply role. Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging lessons, planning creative activities, and providing constructive feedback to students. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in marking students' work, ensuring their progress is monitored effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences tailored to the KS2 curriculum.
  • Plan and prepare engaging lesson plans and resources in line with school policies.
  • Mark students' work promptly and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Uphold the school's values and ethos, fostering a culture of respect and achievement.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching KS2 students, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Organizational skills to effectively plan lessons and manage marking responsibilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a supply teaching role.
