Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Ukrainian speaking Employment Advisor based in Manchester or based remotely with travel to Manchester for a monthly team meeting. You will provide intensive job support to Ukrainian job seekers who have language or skills challenges since arriving in the UK.

You will support job seekers virtually over an intensive 4 month programme. You will connect job seekers with courses and additional learning to move them closer to the labour market. You will quickly build rapport, complete diagnostics, and set SMART targets to ensure each customer progresses in to employment.

You will have excellent communication skills have previous experience in delivering employability advice, Information Advice and Guidance or within a teaching/education role. You will be approachable and confident in supporting customers to access the support needed. You will be able to negotiate and mentor each customer throughout their journey in to employment and you will have excellent IT skills and be able to use all Office 365 applications.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. You will also have access to your own vehicle as this role will be based across the region.
