Are you a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager within the labels industry?

 

If you are an experienced labels salesperson looking to become part of a dynamic team dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in the labelling industry, this could be the ideal job opportunity for you!

 

As the Business Development Manager your focus will be driving sales and expanding market presence specifically in the Linerless Labels segment.

Using your existing knowledge of the labels market and proven track record in sales within the labelling or packaging industry, your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities while nurturing your client relationships to maximize revenue and market share.

 

Your main tasks

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve Linerless Labels sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients within target industries, including but not limited to food and beverage, logistics, and manufacturing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospect organizations.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in accordance with company policies and objectives.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and regulatory requirements related to Linerless Labels.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services.

 

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in direct sales within a Labels producing company.
  • Proven experience in sales within the labelling, packaging, or related industry, with a focus on Linerless Labels preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Linerless Labels technology, applications, and market trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
