Our client
A vibrant and thriving British manufacturer who distributes their products globally is currently recruiting for a confident customer service professional to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an entry level candidate who is often described as a "people person" to join a progressive business.
The role
- Act as a first point of contact for customers
- Managing live accounts, including taking orders, answering general account queries and proving quotes
- Providing excellent customer service
- Liaise with other departments
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Building rapport with customers
- Using bespoke CRM to raise quotes/ handle general account queries
- Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
The candidate
- A bubbly confident personality
- Ideally some commercial working experience
- Comfortable selling to customers over the phone
- A willingness to learn
- Experience isn’t everything, as long as you have the right work ethic, we want to hear from you
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ideally an interest in social media
- The ability to communicate at all levels
