Step Teachers are working with a mainstream primary school in Hendon seeking an enthusiastic Reception Class Teacher to join the team this September. 

The school is proud to hold a 'Good' grade on its most recent Ofsted inspection, they are eager for their new Reception Class Teacher to continue delivering high-quality lessons and enriching students' learning & development. 

As a Reception Class Teacher your position: 

  • Planning include and engaging lessons against the EYFS framework

  • Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed 

  • Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable 

  • Ability to assess and report on your students when required 

  • Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons 

  • Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively  

To be considered for the Reception Class Teacher role you will: 

  • Hold QTS or the equivalent of 

  • Have recent mainstream school-based experience  

  • Have good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
