Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for Employability Key Workers in locations across South Yorkshire (Rotherham, Sheffield & Doncaster) to support job seekers to gain new skills and to breakdown personal barriers to employment.

You will manage a fluctuating caseload of customers, working intensively to identify, address and overcome any barriers to employment they may have. You will complete an in-depth diagnostic and set SMART targets at each intervention to ensure job seekers progress towards being work ready. You will be skilled in building rapport and keeping job seekers on track throughout their journey.  You will have a good understanding of the labour market and the expectations of employers to fully prepare your customer for work.

You will have excellent communication skills, have previous experience supporting/advising job seekers and be able to manage a varied and complex caseload of customers who present with a multitude of barriers to work.  You will have experience using Office 365 applications and specialist CRM systems where you will record all interactions and progress for each job seeker.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
