They are seeking a lead to help mentor trainees, drive continuous improvements and patient care. Key Information:

• Clinical System: SystmOne 
• Supporting environment – ANP/PNs, Pharmacist, HCA and paramedics
• Clinical progression
• No on call rota
• 14 patients in am and pm.
• Limited Home visit
