Do you have a strong background in managing clients directly?

This multi-sited business is on the hunt for an experienced articulate account manager to join its team in West Yorkshire.

We’re looking for a confident person, someone who has a background in direct customer growth and retention, and prior experience in working with suppliers.

This role is best suited to someone who has managed a handful of large customers with varying needs, opposed to hundreds of small clients.  It would be highly advantageous if you had a background in the print or print management industry.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • To be the lead point of contact for all customer queries
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of print campaigns
  • Developing and maintaining a good understanding of the products and services the company offer
  • Upselling and cross selling additional services
  • Tracking orders through from production to completion
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure jobs are completed to the deadline date, keeping clients up to date with any changes
  • Ensuring the MIS is kept up to date
  • Liaising with credit control to ensure account balances are paid

You’ll benefit from working for a business that has specialised in the print and print management sector for 20+ years and an early finish on Friday.

This is a full time, permanent role. Once you have completed your induction and passed your probation you will have the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.

You must hold a full UK driving licence as there is no local public transport options.
