A great opportunity for a skilled Account Director within the POS sector who has a proven track record of developing high profile clients.

This is a London/hybrid based role, you will help deliver outstanding service to a variety of clients. You will ensure end-to-end project delivery of printed point of sales campaigns as well as taking the lead on the commercial details, strategic development, and sales growth for your accounts.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Accountable for overall service delivery and all commercial aspects.
  • Operate within the framework of our contract.
  • Understand, implement, monitor and ensure all SLAs and KPIs are being met.
  • Lead and deliver business review meetings with your client.
  • Recommend system and process enhancements, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Deliver exceptional personal and team service to your client.
  • Ensure briefs are delivered to our production teams, clearly, on time and with commercial clarity.
  • Work collaboratively both internally and with your clients.
  • Create new opportunities with your client and explore ways to help grow their and our business.
  • Report directly to the Client Services Director.

Prior experience needed to fulfil this role:

  • Have a strong background and understanding of POS
  • Has an impressive track record in managing multiple accounts.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a real desire to exceed expectations.
  • Can demonstrate development of existing customer relationships.
  • Excellent computer skills to manage and interpret data contained within Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Managing marketing and / or point of sale briefs from concept to distribution.
  • Worked on complex accounts and understands production basics including design, artwork, print, fulfilment and distribution.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a high level of commercial acumen.
