Internal Sales
£25,000 + uncapped commission
Bristol, office based
My client one of the UKs largest engineering businesses selling bespoke machinery to a variety of industries globally.
The Role 

  • Handling inbound queries from prospective customers, using a hunter mentality to identify sales opportunities 
  • Follow industry trends and competitors activities to identify new business opportunities and leads 
  • Be able to use the CRM systems 
  • Engage with customers new and existing over the phone to understand their needs and provide the solution to the machine tool sales 
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers- customer satisfaction 
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of machine tools to potential customers 

The Candidate 

  • Previous experience in sales- previous experience within the machine tools or engineering supply’s industry or someone wanting a new opportunity 
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Organisational skills
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills 
  • Customer service experience 
  • Customer management system experience 
  • Result- driven with a focus on achieving targets
