Sales – Print Management

Negotiable DOE: Up to £65,000 + £6K Car Allowance + Bonus + 25 days holiday, health insurance, gym membership

UK/Homebased

 

Due to growth plans for this year, our client is looking to recruit two experienced Salespeople who have backgrounds in selling print into the private sectors.

 

Using your prior experience of selling printed material/solutions, you will use your natural sales flare to build a pipeline, secure new profitable business opportunities and grow these accounts to full their full potential.

 

You will benefit from working from a privately owned business, one that IS NOT expecting you to bring millions in your first year or an active ‘little black book’. What will be required is for you to  demonstrate examples of your previous successes in selling print.

 

You could currently be selling a range of print including commercial, direct mail through to large format and POS, and looking for a forward thinking business that will allow you to expand the services you can offer. Or you might just be looking for pastures new due to internal changes. Whatever the reason, you will have the flexibility to work from home like the rest of the team, you will be fully supported by the management team and work with ‘salt of the earth’ people.  

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building a strong sales pipeline of prospective customers in the private sector
  • Networking, cold calling to consultative sell and promote a full end to end marketing solution
  • Confidently presenting to new clients
  • Utilising your consultative selling skills to encourage sales and uncover cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensuring client queries are responded to in a timely manner

 

Key skills and experience required:

  • Experience in selling print is essential
  • Highly driven salesperson with strong sales negotiation skills
  • A self-starter who has experience of selling in a B2B sales environment
  • The ability to demonstrate a clear sales strategy
  • Ability to deliver high quality customer service with attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within a growing organisation
  • Self-disciplined with the ability to work efficiently, independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literate including

 

To excel in this sales role you will need to be a hunter/genuine door opener, an excellent prospector who is a confident presenting and has a background in securing new clients in the private sector.

My client is looking for someone who is as passionate, if not more, about printed marketing and has a genuine appreciation and understanding of selling a full end-to-end marketing and production processes, from creation of the brief through to distribution.
