Step Teachers and a Primary School in Rochester are partnering to hire a committed Full-Time KS2 Teacher, who will join their team in September 2024.

KS2 Teacher Role:

  • As a KS2 teacher, you would be expected to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to Key Stage 2 pupils.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your practice.

Requirements:

  • Hold QTS or its equivalent
  • Have recent experience in mainstream school settings as a KS2 Teacher
