About the Role:

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing food manufacturer, is seeking a driven Operations Manager for the night shifts. In this role, you'll ensure that areas of responsibility are operating at the highest standards, aligning with business goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all products meet the correct standards consistently, in line with food safety and company procedures.
• Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene and housekeeping, meeting company procedures, audit requirements, and customer expectations.
• Follow agreed schedules and ensure production targets are met.
• Conduct internal audits as required.
• Monitor production, drive performance through continuous improvement, and make performance data visible.
• Be proactive in the factory, motivating staff and resolving issues promptly.
• Attend all necessary meetings and keep the factory manager updated with relevant information.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an FMCG environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to drive performance and improvements.
• Proven ability to manage hygiene and production standards in a food manufacturing environment.
