Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Manager – Food Manufacturing

Location:  Northamptonshire
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and standards
• Develop and implement robust safety protocols
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and regular audits
• Foster a proactive safety culture through training and engagement
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in health, safety, and environmental practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an FMCG environment
• Diploma in Health & Safety or equivalent (practical application experience preferred)
• Proven leadership and exceptional communication skills
