Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process to ensure products meet food safety standards and company procedures.
• Proactively identify and address issues to maintain smooth production operations.
• Collaborate with the Business Unit Leader and other managers to effectively manage personnel and products.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and housekeeping to meet company and audit requirements.
• Inspire and lead your team to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor production performance, utilize continuous improvement strategies, and make performance data visible.
• Actively engage with staff to motivate and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an FMCG environment.
• Strong leadership and team-working skills.
• Exceptional work ethic and keen observational skills.
• Proven ability to set a positive example and lead by influence.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of production and hygiene.
