My client will require the successful applicant to deal with Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, Home Buyers and Vendors. You will be chasing the progression from each party, making sure the correct documentation and contracts are in place. As this is a training position they will consider someone with basic estate agency experience who is looking for a structured career path and full training. The successful Estate Agent Trainee Sales Progressor will ideally have some knowledge of estate agency and basic understanding of the buying and selling process. However full training will be provided.

Within this role the Estate Agent Trainee Sales Progressor will be responsible for:

Managing the end sales process. Taking the property from offer accepted to exchange day
Liaising with partner agents.
Responding to emails.
Keeping in contact with clients, advising them throughout the conveyancing process.
Maintaining spreadsheets
Gather required documents to complete the sale
Responding to queries and arranging conference calls.

As an Estate Agent Sales Progressor you will have a natural ability to problem solve, think on your feet and rapport building skills are a must.
