Job Description:

Step Teachers are working with a primary school in Rye to find a Nursery Practitioner with a level 3 qualification to join their team full-time starting in September 2024.

Nursery Practitioner Role:

  • Provide high-quality childcare for children aged 0-5 years old
  • Preparing and setting up activities age-appropriate activities
  • Maintain communication with parents/carers regarding their child's progress and well-being
  • Collaborate effectively with nursery team members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Foster an inclusive environment for all children

Nursery Practitioner Requirements:

  • Level 3 Nursery Practitioner or Early Years Qualification
  • Current Paediatric First Aid certificate
  • Previous experience working in a Nursery or Early Years setting
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a tea
