As the Production Manager, you will be required to ensure that all machines are assembled on time, on cost, to the requisite quality, and to ensure a high level of efficiency and on time deliveries. Additionally, the successful candidate will be tasked with introducing measurement systems throughout the production process, increase productivity in Assembly, introduce a skills gap analysis, increase space utilisation, reduce lead times, and maintain a safe and tidy workplace.

What we would like from the Production Manager:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience working as either a Foreman, Supervisor or Manager
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with fast changing priorities
• An enthusiasm for engineering
• Professional, presentable and outgoing, with a positive attitude
• Organised and able to deal with multiple projects

What we offer the Production Manager:

• Salary up to £45,000 doe
• 38 hour week (8am till 4pm)
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
