The company was established in 1988 and has been providing materials handling solutions for over 30 years. Whilst still providing the complete machinery range within the UK, they also supply to over 30 countries globally.

As the Service Engineer, you will be required to work as part of the Service, Spares and Support team, supporting all system installations. The successful candidate will undertake regular service visits to customer sites in the UK and globally to ensure the machinery is performing effectively and efficiently. Additionally, the successful candidate will resolve electrical, mechanical and software issues, liaise with customers and provide technical support, fault-finding and on-site system diagnostics, and be available to undertake reactive jobs that occur.

What we would like from the Service Engineer:

• 3+ years' experience working in Field Service
• Electrical and Mechanical knowledge in industrial machinery
• PLC troubleshooting experience (ideally Rockwell Allen Bradley)
• Ability to build relationships with customers to generate confidence and a good rapport
• Attention to detail '' accurate and methodical in work
• Great communication, organisational and time management skills
• The ability to travel and work within the UK and abroad is essential
• Valid Full UK driving license
