Ruby Developer - £65k - £80k
Skills – Ruby, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Sidekiq, PostgresQL.

Here at Movement8, we have an exciting opportunity working with a fast-growing SaaS company based in the heart of London.
They have rapidly gained enormous traction, growing their number of users by more than 50% per year for the last four years just by word of mouth with zero paid marketing or sales!
The client is going through a maturity phase and the majority of their staff are situated in London where their HQ is located. This would require suitable candidates to work a hybrid module of 2 days a week in their office.
The ideal candidate would come from a start-up/small team environment.

Responsibilities include:
- Training and mentoring Junior developers in the team
- Reviewing the code of other to identify potential skill gaps
- Building innovative products
- Assisting in developing, maintaining and improving the system.

Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in Ruby/Ruby on Rails
- Good problem-solving skills with an understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Security and performance awareness.
- Familiarity with coding standards and best practices.
- Self-management and self-motivation.
- Great English, both verbal and written.
