Exciting opportunity for an apprentice recruiter to join our team.  Your role will be supporting the specified recruitment team on the aviation/ engineering rail side of the business.  You will be working with the lead recruiter for the team allocated and ensuring the speedy and accurate resourcing of requirements as directed.

Training To Be Provided

If successful you will have the opportunity to achieve an Intermediate Apprenticeship Level 2 in Recruitment Resourcing delivered at the workplace. The pathway will include working towards a Technical Certificate, National Vocational Qualification, Employer Rights and Responsibilities, Transferable Skills (Maths, English & ICT) and Personal Learning and Thinking Skills. There will be an opportunity to gain excellent work-based training and develop your skills in an office environment with a salary and career development opportunities.

 This apprenticeship will suit those with minimal to no recruitment experience, recent school/college leavers or young individuals looking for a change of employment.
