Position: Personal Assistant to the Headteacher

Step Teachers are working closely with a wonderful school in Middlesex, searching for a Personal Assistant to Headteacher, to join the team in September 2024 for a full-time role. The Personal Assistant will act as a general support for administrative duties related to the Headteacher and be the first point of contact for all enquiries thereof. 

Personal Assistant Role:

• Deliver an efficient and responsive service.
• Answering queries, and dealing with complaints, in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a positive and professional image at all times.
• Undertake various administrative tasks including filing photocopying, to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Maintaining databases and filing systems.

Personal Assistant Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Primary school setting is compulsory, and ideally in an administrative role. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
