Job Description
Step Teachers are currently working with an excellent school within Essex to find a SEN TA, for a full-time position. We offer competitive rates and amazing perks!

SEN TA Role:
- Provide one-on-one or within small groups.
- Assist with classroom management and create a positive and safe classroom atmosphere.
- Encourage student participation and engagement in classroom activities.
- Help maintain a clean and organised learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
SEN TA Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young children, especially in an educational setting, is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Willingness to collaborate with teachers and support staff.
- A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
