2x Account Managers/Account Executive

For more than 30 years this business has dominated the retail POS market. Due to growth, it is looking to bring on board two people within its client services team as Account Manager or Account Executive.  

As an Account Manager/Executive, you will be part of a team who will be based on site to provide support to one customer (national retailer). Your primary focus will be to turn client requirements into right first-time briefs. You will support the client teams in managing projects from start to finish ensuring they are flawlessly moved through the business to provide client satisfaction. Be pro-active in your approach, helping the account and production teams, meeting all business objectives.

This opportunity offers the flexibility to work from home, with regular visits to client sites and one of several London based offices so the ideal candidate will be confident working independently and can manage their own diary.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Understand customer’s needs and respond to customer requests, ensuring service levels and KPI’s are always met.
• Manage senior-level customer relationships, maintaining regular contact including frequent site visits
• Take briefs on key projects and ensuring that client expectations are met.
• Develop and maintain relationships with your clients to ensure account growth and repeat business.
• Work collaboratively and support the wider teams including the Business Development Team
• Take an active role in development of the account, identifying, and escalating potential sales and margin opportunities.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year industry experience (POS/print/large format/creative)
• Proven Account Manager experience.
• Good social, communication, and organisation skills and able to develop positive relationships.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Strong multi-tasker, able to manage several projects simultaneously
• Full Driving licence

The ideal candidate will have strong client service skills and knowledge of POS would be highly advantageous, other areas of print and creative backgrounds will be considered.
