£52,000 (plus optional overtime)
4 on 4 off (Days and Nights) 12 hour shifts

Are you an experienced engineering professional ready to lead and inspire a team? We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Team Leader in Camberley, Surrey. This role is ideal for an assertive individual who enjoys motivating and mentoring their team and is eager to optimise efficiency within our state-of-the-art facility.

Experience Required:

• Experience within the engineering sector.
• Minimum 2 years leading a team.
• Minimum of Level 3 in any engineering discipline.
• Industrial processing machinery experience (preferred)
