AWS DevOps Engineer – AWS, EC2, PostgreSQL - Remote
This will be working for a financial services client who pioneer state-of-the-art solutions through Mastercard physical cards, virtual cards or bank transfer including FX and international payments. They provide the underlying technology for their clients digital e-money accounts, so that they can concentrate on their proposition and customer acquisition.

You will be responsible for building new API gateways, updating the security side of the business as well as moving EC2 across to containers. There will also be some business as usual such as the maintenance of the existing services, supporting deployments and uptime.
There are currently 8 developers in the team, and you will be the sole DevOps engineer supporting these teams. They are bringing in Docker and AWS Fargate in addition to the current stack, so there is a good opportunity to learn these and become an expert early on in your new career
 
Required Skillset & Experience

• 3+ years of experience working as an AWS Devops Engineer
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience working with EC2, RDS and PostgreSQL
• Strong work ethic
