Job Role: Production Operative

Rate: £13.42 per hour PAYE, increasing to £16.78 per hour after training

Hours: Monday-Thursday 14:00-22:00, Friday 14:00-21:30

(Monday-Thursday 07:30-16:00, Friday 07:30-12:30 whilst on training approx. 1 month)

Location: Portsmouth

Contract: On-going

This is an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to join an exciting, family run business with a bespoke approach to engineering.

The Production Operative Role involves:

Loading materials onto jigs

Operating electronic jigs

Dipping material into coating solutions (chemical based)

Following instructions and timed processes

Loading finished goods onto pallets 

Required experience for this Production Operative role:

Previous manufacturing/production experience

Able to read and follow instructions.

Excellent Timekeeping

Knowledge of working/handling chemicals

Good Communication
