• 45% - 50% split on private work

• Specialties includes Implants, Invisalign, endodontics, cosmetic and general dentistry
• Team-oriented, prioritizing ethical dental practices
• No strict UDA targets, focus on patient care
• Opportunities for promoting various dental treatments and services
