Tay Associates have partnered with a Financing service organization who are on the look out for a temporary facilities coordination who can help with their office services and be able to return for future bookings. The candidate would have a can-do attitude, happy to get stuck into all tasks and be efficient with great attention to detail.

Duties:

- working within the Post room

- Helping with front of house duties

- General admin duties such as scanning, printing, logging information

What you will need:

- The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be happy to be hands on and can pick up new processes quickly

- Experience within financial services is highly preferred.
